What coaching can offer

Through coaching, clients often experience: -

Family safety and regulation
Developing strategies that support emotional regulation, stability, and a greater sense of safety at home.

Personal growth and understanding
Building self-acceptance, confidence, and new perspectives as a parent.

Moving from surviving to thriving
Finding clarity, direction, and a more hopeful way forward for both you and your family.

These shifts often create positive changes not only for the child, but for the whole family system. Clients have also experienced wider personal growth, such as returning to work, gaining promotions, or pursuing new goals.

My approach -

My work is based on three core pillars:

1. From deficit to strengths
Understanding your child’s unique neurodivergent profile and shifting the focus from limitations to strengths.

2. From compliance to safety
Supporting emotional regulation and creating a sense of safety and connection, rather than pressure or control.

3. Building an empowered future
Developing long-term confidence, skills, and a neuroaffirming way forward for your family.

How coaching works -

I offer a blend of pure coaching with optional light mentoring when helpful.

Pure coaching is based on the principle that you already have the answers within you. My role is to support you in finding clarity through powerful questions and guided reflection.

If useful, I may also offer mentoring in the form of short, practical input such as tools, resources, or neuroaffirmative guidance. You are always in control of what feels right for you.

Outcomes of coaching

Through coaching with me, parents often experience:

  • Family safety: strategies for regulation and healing

  • Personal growth: self-acceptance and new perspectives

  • From surviving to thriving: a more hopeful and stable future

This can lead to meaningful changes in wellbeing for both parents and children,

including returning to work, creative projects, career progression, and a renewed ability to enjoy life.

For parents and families

Some children have their neurodivergence recognised early. Others, especially those who mask, may go through years of difficulty before diagnosis, including anxiety, OCD, self-harm, eating disorders, or school refusal.

Even after diagnosis, families are often left without clear guidance, trying to navigate overwhelming change.

This is where I support.

My approach is grounded in three pillars:

  • From deficit to strengths: understanding your child’s unique “spikey profile” and strengths-based identity

  • From compliance to safety: building regulation and a felt sense of safety

  • Creating an empowered future: long-term skills, confidence, and a neuroaffirming way forward
